From 1 to September 3 in Hall 8 of the Fair, there are collections for next Spring/Summer 2011. On the catwalk, along the three days, will be screened 30 proposals for prêt-à-porter, in premiere, at the gateway of the Fair. We will have more relevant designers fashion panorama of Valencia, but also with a significant representation of designers.
As in previous years, six emerging designers present their coleccionesen ZONE D in two schedules of parades, on the third day of the runway. For more night, continue with the shows in Off Zone, betting topicalize libraries. The first dedicated to recycling; the second to the designers more options and the last will be a night Lolita.
From September 1 to 3, you can find the collections for the next Spring /Summer 2011 season in the pavilion 8 of Feria Valencia. On the runway, for three consecutive days, 30 new prêt-à-porter offers will be shown for the first time in the Feria Valencia runway. We will count with the most relevant designers of the fashion scene of the Comunitat Valenciana, and also an important share of national designers. Like in previous editions, 6 emergent designers will present their collections in ZONA D in two parade schedules, the third day of the event.
For the night owls, we continue with the parades in Zona Off, and the collections will be related to three different topics.
- The first collection will be reclycling-themed,
- The second one will have the most alternative designers as theme,
- And the last one will be a cosplay night.
The fashion to be worn in Spring/Summer 2011 will be presented at the 9th edition of Valencia Fashion Week, which takes place on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September in Feria Valencia, Pavilion 8. The event will kick off with shows from Valencian designers, including Álex Vidal and Tonuca, on the 1st, while Higinio Mateu’s and Nona’s creations will be shown on the 2nd. Yiyí Gutz and Miquel Suay will reveal their collections on the 3rd, bringing three days full of fashion to a close. However, the fun doesn’t end there and fashion lovers can continue enjoying the show at night at the Off Zone, in L’Umbracle Terraza, next to the City of Arts and Sciences.
More than 60 models make up the official casting of this IX edition, which has 23 hours of parades and the participation of 33 designers. Prestigious models mingle with new faces and emerging, which will soon be placed in the best cast of international and national parades.

VFW IX PARADES INVITATIONS
From Friday, August 27 have been made available to the general public invitations to attend the parades of the Ninth Valencia Fashion Week. The shows are held on days 1, 2 and 3 in Feria Valencia, and a parade at 23:30 h OFF to close the day at L’Umbracle Terrace. The general public invitations can be withdrawn at Fashion Square (Plaza of the Pines, next to El Corte English Pintor Sorolla). And while you can watch live at Fashion sessions also take place in September in the Plaza.
So let not miss the chance to experience fashion VFW and that invitations will be depleted in record time.
