Months after Megxit, a royal biographer claimed that being away from the monarchy makes Prince Harry extremely sad now.
In March 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially left their posts as senior royal members. They stated that they want to be financially independent and start their new lives in the US.
However, it seems like Meghan is the only one who feels happy about the decision.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Express, Hugo Vickers threw destructive criticisms toward Prince Harry and Meghan.
“If you unwind it all, you see an ambitious young woman who was a minor star, an actress who could dazzle him [Harry], and that’s exactly what she did,” he said.
He also pointed out that the royal prince felt too mesmerized by how enchanting the Duchess of Sussex is. However, their marriage only benefited her since her status in Hollywood suddenly skyrocketed.
Per Vickers, Meghan went from being an unknown actress to being a Hollywood superstar.
His statements came before he appeared at the online Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival.
In the same interview, he described Meghan as someone very exotic. However, the duchess, allegedly, did nothing but keep him away from what’s important.
When the Duke of Sussex turned his back from his position, he took a step away from the royal family, works, and friends.
“He looks incredibly unhappy and has been hooked by a political activist as far as I can see,” Vickers continued.
In addition, the biographer sees Prince Harry’s recent statements as something rubbish. It sounded worse, especially since they actually came from Meghan herself.
Vickers took his time to mention the time when Meghan kept on saying that people began attacking her. For the biographer, Prince Harry felt they were attacking his mother, too. In addition, he was not old enough to protect her.
So as soon as she heard that she needed some protection, he immediately did everything for her.
Unfortunately, she was not a victim at all.
“Now you have a situation where Netflix has basically bought a member of the Royal Family and that’s very unattractive,” Vickers mentioned.
Harry and Meghan are currently residing in America with their son, Archie. They still have no plans to visit the royal palace again. However, Prince Harry is said to be hoping to regain his title.
