Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s holiday trip with son Archie to US raises safety concerns; Details Inside

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are likely to distribute their time between the UK and the US and are looking forward to spending time with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland.

After a hectic year of royal engagements, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will soon be taking a much-needed six week break to spend some quality family time. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are likely to distribute their time between the UK and the US and are looking forward to spending time with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland. While the Royal Family will reportedly come together for Christmas celebrations, Meghan and Harry will celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas in the US.

According to a latest report, the couple and their son Archie’s safety will be of huge concern as they travel across the ocean. A spokesperson for the royal family had confirmed earlier that Meghan and Harry will be spending time away from the royals during the holidays. Considering this is not a royal engagement, the Palace officials stated that details of Meghan and Harry’s trip won’t be released. “For security reasons, we will not be providing further details on their schedule at this time,” the spokesperson told the media.

Despite being a holiday, security cover for the trio will be as intense as any other royal engagement. More so, since the couple are travelling overseas. Meghan and Harry are likely to stay with Doria in her California home and the house isn’t equipped with the same security as is Frogmore Cottage. This is one issue that remains to be sorted before the trio embark on their holiday.
