The Kardashian’s and Jenner’s are possibly one of the most controversial families in the entertainment industry. Right from momager Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner to Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, each member of the family has had their fair share of bit in the limelight. In a recent episode of ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’, 70-year-old Caitlyn Jenner revealed that she hasn’t spoken to step-daughter Khloe Kardashian in five years since she transitioned from Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn.
For the unversed, Caitlyn Jenner was formerly known as William Bruce Jenner. An athlete in the 70s, Bruce got into the entertainment business soon after. Cailtyn came out as trans woman in 2015 and in 2017 underwent gender reassignment surgery. On the episode, Caitlyn revealed that despite her entire family being supportive, Khloe wasn’t exactly okay with Caitlyn’s decision.
Speaking about breaking the news to her family, Caitlyn said, “The first was the kids, I started with Brandon my son and he said to me: ‘Dad, I’ve always been so proud to be your son but I’ve never been more proud of you than right now.’ I went through every kid and Khloe for some reason was p***ed off about something through this whole process, it’s been five or six years and I really haven’t talked to her since.”
Recalling it, Caitlyn added, “We were really close, I raised her since she was five years old, I really don’t know what her issues are.” Caitlyn was married to Khloe’s mum Kris Jenner in 1991, acting as step-parent to her, Kim, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian for over 20 years.
