Courteney Cox Gets Candid About Pregnancy With Daughter Coco

Courteney Cox has opened up about her pregnancy journey with daughter Coco.

Cox’s “9 Months With Courteney Cox” Season 2 premiered on May 10. The show, a Facebook Watch series, focuses on couples who have endured a variety of pregnancy struggles and subsequent successes.

In the promotional video, Cox discussed her own pregnancy journey with her daughter, Coco. The latter asked her mom questions related to her pregnancy.

“Describe your pregnancy journey with me in three words,” Coco asked.

“Exciting, emotional, great,” the “Friends” alum answered.

Coco’s questions also included Cox’s favorite food when she was still expecting her. According to Cox, she loved “cottage cheese and tomato,” to which the latter replied, “That’s disgusting.”

Coco also asked her mom the first word that comes to her mind when she hears the words “baby,” “pregnancy” and “mother.”

“Adorable, hormones, [and] love,” the actress said. 

For her last question, Coco asked her mom to describe her as a child in one sentence.

“Absolutely adorable, curious, incredible sense of humor and quirky,” Cox replied.

After throwing the series of questions, Coco could be seen smiling while telling her mom, “You’re annoying,” in the clip. She then hopped into her mom’s lap and Cox hugged her from behind.

The current season of Cox’s show will focus on infertility, illness and disability to conceive. Cox admitted that she also suffered a few miscarriages before she successfully conceived Coco through in vitro fertilization (IVF) with her ex-husband David Arquette.

“I get pregnant pretty easily, but I have a hard time keeping them,” she told People in 2003. She also added that she and Arquette would bounce back quickly after each miscarriage.

Just recently, Cox’s ex-husband shared that he had lots of behind-the-scenes clips from the last episode of “Friends.” However, he said that he couldn’t find the tapes anymore. 

“I hope at some point I find it but I had this — I filmed all behind the scenes, like, the final episode and I’m, like, walking around, just filming all this stuff that nobody really sees just to give people an idea of, like, what they did.

And so much so that the final scene, I’m up in the rafters and I’m shooting down, complete, like, bird’s eye vie,” Arquette said.

Aside from Cox, the hit sitcom also stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc.
