Kris Jenner ended ‘KUWTK’ when daughter Kim, Kylie threatened to leave: report

Kris Jenner decided to end Keeping Up With the Kardashians when her daughter Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner threatened to quit, according to a report.

Kris Jenner, who also manages her children’s career, reportedly decided to end KUWTK. The reality show, which has been around for over a decade, is ending after season 20 next year. According to a report, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner had a significant contribution to its ending.

Kris Jenner allegedly ended the family reality show

Kris Jenner and her kids have been living under the spotlight for over a decade already. Many were shocked when the family announced that they will be returning for the last season and will be bidding goodbye for good after that.

According to The Sun, the momager decided to end the show for good after her daughters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner felt uncooperative for a new season.

The family was allegedly locked in an ongoing debate over the future of the show. Kim and Kanye West has all the drama, but the Gold Digger rapper doesn’t want to put their issues on the show. Also, Kim is having a hard time filming the show.

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner thinks she’s earning enough to sacrifice her privacy on the show. She has several business ventures and is no longer willing to still be under the spotlight for a paycheck.

“Kylie is making billions of dollars through her makeup line and product endorsements,” the source said.

“She doesn’t need the show, and like Kendall, has always struggled with fame and being in the spotlight. Filming the show meant having to be in LA with her family, now she is free to fly off on holiday, or follow Travis Scott on his next tour.”

No big reason to end the show

However, another source claimed that ending KUWTK was a mutual decision among family members. There is no drama among them, it’s just that they are having a hard time filming. Kris’ kids have their own family already, and they are living in different houses, a source told Entertainment Tonight.

It’s no longer that easy to film together or get enough footage separately. The Kardashian-Jenner clan is reportedly happy that those moments of their lives were filmed. However, at present, they want to focus more on their family and future projects. The reality show is a major job, and it takes a lot of time.

Kourtney Kardashian already left the show calling it “toxic.” Meanwhile, Kris Jenner shared that the cancellation hit Khloe Kardashian the hardest, who had been crying over the news for days.
