As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry is now expressing “new optimism” after claiming that he struggled to get out of bed because he was so overwhelmed by the world’s problems. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Britain’s Express.co.uk, Harry says that he now has a new optimism for his venture, Travaylst and the new year. The sustainable tourism platform was launched a year and a half ago and reflected his eco-friendly goals. After Megxit he took Travalyst with him and has supposedly been working on it quietly in the background from his new home in LA.
In a new press release, Prince Harry now says that while he understands the devastating blow that the travel industry was hit with because of the pandemic, he believes that it can still be rebuilt better and stronger.
Harry puts it this way, “At Travalyst, we do not believe a thriving tourism industry and protecting the world is a zero-sum game. With new optimism and increased tourist demand for natural experiences and sustainable practices, this year has the potential to bring sustainability to the forefront.
During his trip to South Africa in 2019, Prince Harry supposedly told Peter Oki, an Anglican student attending a multi-faith reception, that he was so concerned about the future that he sometimes struggled to get out of bed.
Oki said, “Harry said that he often woke up and felt overwhelmed by too many problems in the world and that sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed in the mornings because of all the issues. But he wanted to use their platform to enable grass-roots change and to try and create a better society.”
