Royal family enthusiasts have their alarm clocks already set for March 7 as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will have a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey where an intimate conversation is said to take place.
From the reasoning behind their royal exit, future direction to Meghan’s second pregnancy, which was revealed by the couple a while back, there will be a lot of tea to spill.
In case you’re wondering how Harry’s brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton feel about the upcoming tell-all interview, which will most likely be controversial, a US Weekly source reveals that the royal couple is “appalled” by Harry and Meghan’s decision, which is to air their grievances to the public in a televised interview.
“It’s just beyond the pale for William and Kate, especially in light of the dreadful timing with [Prince] Philip in the hospital. They are utterly aghast,” the insider added in reference to Harry’s grandfather and Queen Elizabeth II’s husband Prince Philip currently being hospitalised for an infection.
The upcoming tell-all interview comes weeks after reports made the rounds of Harry and Meghan slowly and steadily mending fences with William and Kate, which included video calls over the Christmas and New Year holidays and exchanging family presents. We will have to wait and watch to see how the interview will end up affecting the already troubled equation between Harry, Meghan and the royal family.
