The supreme court erased the federal appeal of court decision on Monday. The decision makes clear that now Trump is a private citizen of U.S.
The decision that courts has to make is form 2nd U.S circuit court of appeal and sent back to lower court with instruction to dismiss the case or no longer active.
This action mean that the lower court decision of court will no longer bent the future judges. The quote of court is “Trump was effectively excluding individual from the public forum in violation of the first amendment”.
On the other hand Justice Clarence Thomas wrote that the concurrence that “he agreed with the decision to vacate the 2nd circuit opinion given that Trump no longer held office”
