Why Meghan Markle Is ‘Terrified’ Of Prince William, According To Royal Expert

Meghan Markle was “frustrated” that she couldn’t win over Prince William, a royal correspondent and commentator has claimed.

Neil Sean, a royal and entertainment reporter who has been featured on NBC News, MSNBC, Access Hollywood, and numerous newspapers, including Daily Mail and Us Weekly, weighed in on Markle’s relationship with Prince Harry’s father King Charles III and older brother Prince William in a new piece published by Fox News.

Sean wrote that while some reports have claimed that Prince Harry and Markle should be concerned about King Charles III possibly “exiling” them following their decision to quit royal duties, it is the Prince of Wales the couple “should be worried about.”

Ahead of Prince Harry and Markle’s 2018 wedding, the former “Suits” star “tried her very best to make William like her while gushing about saving the planet,” but he “was having none of it,” the royal correspondent claimed.

Sean quoted an unnamed “good source” as saying that Markle was allegedly “frustrated” that she could not make her brother-in-law “like her.” The duchess allegedly told Prince Harry about it, but her husband was “perplexed” with this situation.

While Markle believes King Charles “will and still does like her” despite their royal exit, “William, for Meghan, is the bigger problem and one she can’t solve,” Sean claimed.

Markle and Prince Harry recently reunited with Prince William and Kate Middleton in the U.K., joining them as they greeted well-wishers outside Windsor Castle on Sept. 10, two days after Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

But while the four seemingly put on a united front to honor the late monarch, an unnamed source claimed to Sean that Prince William still can’t accept Markle.

“[William] is playing the very long game,” the insider alleged, according to the royal expert. “And, make no mistake, she is terrified of him simply because, throughout all of this, William has not once shown any incline to her charms.”

The royal correspondent claimed that he believes Prince Harry and Markle won’t be welcome in Prince William’s court once he becomes king. That could change in the future, but the welcome may only extend to the Prince of Wales’ younger brother, Sean added.

“Harry alone will always be welcome, but no one — and I mean, no one — trusts the deluded head, thoughts, and mind of Markle. It’s as simple as that,” Sean quoted the source as saying.

Another royal expert recently suggested that there may never be a reconciliation between Prince William and Prince Harry.

Prince William “simply can’t forgive” his brother for opting out of royal life, Katie Nicholl, author of “The New Royals — Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy and the Future of the Crown,” said on TV’s “Dan Wootton Tonight” Thursday.

“He always thought Harry would be his wingman, now he’s doing it on his own. Thank goodness he’s got Kate by his side,” added the Vanity Fair royal correspondent.
