Boy, 6, Vanished and Mom Fled the U.S. — Now, Cadaver Dogs Indicate that Human Remains Were on Property

Authorities revealed earlier this week that cadaver dogs had shown that there were once human remains on the home where a 6-year-old missing Texas kid resided with his family before going missing.

On March 20, numerous other family members voiced their fear for the safety of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez and his siblings and sisters, which prompted them to report authorities to the disappearance.

Authorities suspect Noel is dead following a weeks-long inquiry. His mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, is accused of leaving the country two days after police visited to ask about Noel’s whereabouts with her husband, Arshdeep Singh (who is not Noel’s father), and Noel’s six siblings.

The assertion that Noel was in Mexico with his biological father at the time, made by Rodriguez-Singh, 37, to the police, has subsequently been refuted, according to officials. According to a press release, investigators in Everman, Texas, said cadaver dogs alerted them to the dirt where a shed formerly stood on the family’s property before Noel vanished and was thought to have died.

Police said Rodriguez-Singh recently paid to install a concrete patio at the house the family leased after the shed was taken down. According to the press release, authorities dug up the patio after the dogs alerted them to the location. This led them to think that “at some point, there were human remains stored inside the shed previous to the construction of the patio.”

Authorities were also made aware of a large indoor/outdoor carpet by the cadaver dogs that were thought to have been utilized in the shed. While Noel’s remains have not yet been located, the discoveries have, according to the press release, “given new advice for investigators.”

Authorities say that Noel was last seen in October, twice, first before the birth of his twin brothers and once more when he was reported as looking “malnourished” and “unhealthy” by witnesses. The next month, according to Rodriguez-Singh, she reportedly requested for passports for everyone except Noel.

Investigators claim Rodriguez-Singh made many statements immediately after the twins’ birth in which she expressed her belief that Noel was “bad,” “possessed,” and had a “devil” inside of him. She reportedly said that she was worried he might harm the infants.

According to a prior press release, the mother of seven was also “known by family to be aggressive and inattentive to Noel.” The inquiry is ongoing. It is strongly advised that anybody with information on the case contact (817) 293-2923 or [email protected].
