On Wednesday, April 19, a fresh edition of the show that included the former couple featured an on-screen discussion about their reproductive aspirations. The Florida native, 37, joked when outlining the steps Tom, 40, should take to be ready for his sperm donation, “If you have s—t sperm, I don’t want it going anywhere my s—t that I worked really hard to have harvested from my body.”
Ariana explained why she decided to freeze her eggs in a confessional. “I froze my eggs two years ago, and I was able to recover 26, which is excellent. amazing, even. Ovaries, good work,” she said. “I still have the same position on all issues pertaining to becoming pregnant and giving birth. Simply put, I object to biological clocks having any kind of control over anything. These eggs are more likely to develop into viable embryos.
On his side, the co-owner of TomTom wasn’t happy when Ariana said she didn’t “really care” whether they have a family.
In a clip that seemed to be shot in September 2022, he informed the cameras, “Last year when Ariana asked me to fertilize her eggs, I was excited.” Although we may or might not have children, or whatever Ariana chooses, why would she want me to fertilize her eggs?
While Bravo is still airing season 10, Tom and Ariana’s relationship made news in March when information about his liaison with Raquel Leviss surfaced. His adultery, which began in August 2022, finally brought an end to the Missouri native’s almost ten-year relationship with Ariana, told US Weekly.

The former SUR bartender was alleged “fully in denial” about their separation, according to Tom. “I was terrified.
