William Shatner was photographed crashing his black Mercedes SUV in an accident in California. William Shatner got involved in a car accident in Studio City, California, while his two dogs were also inside his vehicles.

Photos taken from the scene show Shatner’s black Mercedes parked near a parking meter. The SUV has visible damage on its front. Meanwhile, a woman can also be seen driving a silver car that had damage on its front end. It remains unknown what caused the car crash.
Shatner nor his representatives also has not commented on the event yet. Los Angeles Police Department told Page Six that the officer who arrived at the scene did not file a report since nobody sustained injuries after the car crash.

The news outlet added that the actor and the woman exchanged information, probably to settle the damages they made. Shatner’s car accident came months after he was given a chance to board Jeff Bezos’ rocket, New Shepard, and experience space travel.
In October, the Star Trek actor became the oldest human to ever travel in space at the age of 90 when the rocket safely sent them to space for a brief time.
“I’m so filled with emotion about what just happened. It’s extraordinary, extraordinary. It’s so much larger than me and life. It hasn’t got anything to do with the little green men and the blue orb. It has to do with the enormity and the quickness and the suddenness of life and death,” Shatner emotionally said.

They sold $100 million in tickets for interested people in experiencing future rides. However, they invited the actor for free.
Named after Alan Shepard, the New Shepard faced delays due to rocket and weather issues. But fortunately, it ultimately sent the crew to space. It reached a maximum altitude of 66.5 miles, surpassing the 100km Karman Line which has been internationally recognized as the boundary of space.
After reaching the mark, the crew members experienced three to four minutes of weightlessness. Shatner boarded the rocket alongside Blue Origin Executive Audrey Powers, former NASA engineer Chris Boshuizen, and chief executive of the clinical research firm Medidata Solutions Glen de Vries.
