This mani isn’t borderline beautiful, it’s downright gorgeous. Nail artist Simcha Whitehill aka Miss Pop shows you exactly how to recreate it in three easy steps.
1. Prep. File your nails into the desired shape, push back your cuticles — DO NOT CUT THEM! — and then apply one layer of a base coat polish, followed by two coats of an opaque white nail polish. Here, hand model Charlotte used CoverGirl Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in Snow Storm.
2. Paint a smaller nail within your larger nailbed. Imagine your nails are a teensy bit smaller and swipe on a spring pink shade, like Essie Nail Polish in French Affair. Make sure to leave a “U”-shaped rim around the edge of your nail, since that is the easiest way to achieve a border. Allow a few minutes for the color to set.
3. Top off your border with a French tip. Using a striper brush that you can get at an art or beauty supply store, give yourself a white French tip to complete the border. Then, finish with a top coat after you’ve let the polish dry completely.Source:cosmopolitan
