Building on their continuing success this year, high-end streetwear designer, daniel patrick just announced the opening of their first east coast flagship store in the heart of Manhattan’s iconic SoHo neighborhood. Slated to open late November, just in time for the holiday season, the 1700 square ft. space is located at 96 Grand Street.
The space was previously occupied by The Hundreds. Like their Melrose Flagship in LA, this location will feature curated collections for men, women and children plus an exclusive daniel patrick New York hoodie ($225) and t-shirt ($100) that bears the store’s geographical coordinates.
“New York has always been a huge inspiration for my collection” says Daniel. “I am thrilled to open my flagship in such an iconic location and bring New Yorkers a brick-and-mortar retail experience as they are a huge part of my clientele.”
Born and bred in Sydney, Australia, daniel patrick launched his eponymous label after a trip to New York City in 2009. Achieving his lifelong dream of moving to the US, Patrick moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and founded daniel patrick inc. launching his first men’s collection in early 2012 and later expanded to women’s and children collections.
Designed and housed in their DTLA headquarters and using materials sourced from LA, patrick’s collections are inspired by his two favorite cities, Los Angeles and New York, his love of hip hop music, desert hikes, and combine his athletic background with a minimal and militant appel.
