The Baltic Fashion Federation invites to attend the 13th RIGA FASHION WEEK which will take place on November 3-6, 2010 in hall Omega of Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija and in other exciting places of the city. RFW will present the fashion trends of the coming spring/summer season to Riga inhabitants and guests of the city.
This season RIGA FASHION WEEK has a new logo and, of course, a new image. As opposed to all previous sessions when RFW was advertised either by Latvian celebrities or professional models, this time the “official face” of RFW is a face of a mannequin that usually we see in show windows of the clothes stores. Nowadays the range of fashion products allows anybody to be in fashion regardless of the age, the body constitution or the economic condition. The face of the mannequin symbolizes universality of fashion. In order to be in fashion there is no need to be a model or a celebrity. Anybody can “wear”, create, follow or be interested in fashion. Fashion for everybody this is a motto of today.
This Fashion Week will be full of surprises and interesting meetings with the new and already familiar best Baltic designers and stars of the world fashion. The program of autumn session of RIGA FASHION WEEK will be complemented by new projects, traditional presentations and different parties.
