Prince Harry looked a bit emotional and seemed to be close to tears when he attended his final royal engagement.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced that they were stepping back from their royal duties in January 2020. When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex carried out their final engagement, the former was very emotional.

Robert Lacey explored Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship in his book, Battle of Brothers. According to him, there was a moment when Prince Harry was close to tears.
The incident reportedly happened at the 2020 Commonwealth Day Service. It was the Sussexes’ final engagement as working royals.

Lacey claimed that the Cambridges had to join the procession with the Queen, Prince Charle, and Camilla. Prince Harry and Markle were not and had to take their seats ahead of the other royals.
The biographer said the arrangement reflected on the 2,000 orders of service distributed around the Abbey. Lacey seemed to suggest that Prince Harry felt snubbed which he disagreed with.

“There was the snub in black and white — set out for all to see,” he wrote. “Observers also noted that Harry’s face was ‘quite tense and unsmiling’ — and that when William sat down close to him, he barely greeted his brother.”
Prince William and Kate Middleton did not join the procession. They also walked their way to their seats much like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, there seemed to be an obvious tension between the Cambridges and the Sussexes.

Lacey pointed out how Markle gave her best TV smile at the event. However, as the ceremony progressed her husband “appeared to grow gloomier.”
“According to one observer, ‘his accelerated blinking even suggested he might have been fighting back tears,’” he added. The Sussexes and Cambridges’ recent outings have been compared by the netizens. Prince Hary and Markle flew to New York City for Global Citizen Live.

Their PDA-packed outings in the Big Apple received mixed reactions. Some were wondering why they were there. The royal couple has been asking for privacy but is always in public events.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Middleton attended the No Time to Die world premiere. Middleton stole the show and turned heads with her sequined gold Jenny Packham dress. Many were so impressed at the Duchess of Cambridge that they had nothing but praises for her.
