Prince Harry and Prince Charles’ involvement with Mahfouz Marei Mubarak allegedly caused more tensions between the father and son.
According to National Enquirer, Prince Harry had suspicions about Mubarak and he told Prince Charles about them early on. However, the future king didn’t listen to his son.

A source claimed that Prince Harry wants the entire world to know that he wasn’t involved in the cash for titles scandal. But his dad was because he didn’t listen to him.
“This is the last straw for Charles and Harry’s relationship. There’s no way back. Harry’s endless attacks have destroyed everything,” the source said.
The insider added that Prince Harry didn’t want to be dragged into Prince Charles’ controversy that’s why he immediately released a statement saying that he cut ties with Mubarak in 2015.

This was allegedly the Duke of Sussex’s way of showing the entire world that Prince Charles didn’t listen to his suspicions because his involvement with the tycoon happened a year later.
“Harry’s making it look like Charles blatantly ignored his suspicions or he was too dumb to see them. Charles denies all knowledge of the cash for royal rewards scheme, but Harry’s charge he raised red flags about the tycoon infers his father and advisers looked the other way for a megabuck payday,” the source said.
The source said that Prince Harry took a public swipe at his dad so that the spotlight of guilt will be on the future king and not on him.
There’s no indication that Prince Harry decided to release a statement about Mubarak to put more blame on his dad.

It’s obvious that the tabloid is just pitting the father and son against each other. But there’s no reason for them too because Prince Charles and Prince Harry have reportedly been estranged for months.
