Meghan Markle appeared on Thursday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. During her appearance, she made several hilarious dares that many thought a royal would never do. A body language expert said Markle’s playful nature only showed she was a match to Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex was on the game with Ellen DeGeneres during a prank scene where the host fed her with outrageous things in a hidden earpiece. In one scene, Meghan Markle declared that she had “healing powers.”

Many noticed that DeGeneres’ attempt to humiliate the former actress didn’t work at all. Body language expert Judi James weighed in on Markle’s performance on the show. Here’s what James said about the duchess.
“This ’embarrassing’ skit does not seem to embarrass Meghan, who seems to draw on her experience as an actor to perform all Ellen’s commands with what looks like enthusiasm,” James told Daily Star.
She also pointed out Markle doing random squats in public. According to the expert, her squat was done in a more exaggerated way expected from a duchess. Also, she performed DeGeneres’ orders quickly without pausing or thinking twice, which means there was no dislike or awkwardness.

For James, the only royal who could do what Markle did was Sarah Ferguson. The expert then revisited Prince Harry’s guesting on James Corden’s show. She pointed out that Markle made worse jokes than the Duke of Sussex.
“Even Harry’s rather choreographed ‘joke’ scenes with James Corden didn’t go this far in terms of a potential loss of dignity, suggesting Meghan wants to show that she’s more than a match for her joker Prince,” James said.
