While so many stars looked stunning on the Oscar red carpet, not everyone dressed to impress — in fact, some rocked some really wacky styles! See who missed the mark & VOTE for which frock you thought was worst.
Oscar night might not be the best time to experiment with a new style, but we commend the leading ladies who took a risk, (even if they didn’t totally nail it!), at the 2015 Academy Awards in LA on Feb. 22. Lady Gaga rocked one of the most popular shades of the night, white, when she stepped out in her custom-made Alaia gown — but it was her red gloves that totally threw us off. Sure, she tried to conceal her brand new engagement bling, but the look looked more like a costume than a glam awards show look — and she wasn’t the only one who overdid it.

Solange Knowles loves to show off her unique sense of style, and it didn’t surprise us to see her in wide-leg trousers and a matching tunic at the show. Although it was very Solange, it didn’t do anything for her figure — we would’ve loved it if she switched up her style in a glam gown, mainly because it would’ve been totally unexpected. While the silhouette wasn’t our favorite, the red hot hue proved to be one of the most popular shades of the night — and she certainly stood out in the bold color! Do you agree?
