In the court documents, Depp detailed an incident from 2016 that he said was the final straw of his relationship with Amber Heard.
According to Depp’s accounts, a housekeeper discovered feces in the bed where the former couple slept. The housekeeper took photos and showed it to her supervisor.
But after reviewing the case, Judge Andrew Nicol of London’s High Court said that it’s unlikely for Heard or one of her friends to have been responsible for the mess.
“Mr. Depp had left that night for his property in Sweetzer. As long as he was away, it was Ms. Heard who was likely to suffer from the feces on the bed, not him. It was, therefore, a singularly ineffective means for Ms. Heard or one of her friends to ‘get back’ at Mr. Depp.
Other evidence in the case showed that Boo (one of the two dogs) had an incomplete mastery of her bowels after she had accidentally consumed some marijuana. Ms. Heard gave evidence that Boo had in the past defecated on the bed and that she herself had cleaned it up rather than leaving that task to [the housekeeper],” the judge said.
Months ago, a spokesperson for the Aquaman star told Page Six that the accusations against Amber Heard were categorically untrue.
“This accusation is completely untrue and has been designed purely to humiliate Ms. Heard. As the evidence in court showed, Mr. Depp discussed committing such a prank for years beforehand and it plays to his lavatorial and abusive sense of humor.
Mr. Depp’s team is trying to grab headlines – at the expense of the truth — and distract from the serious, central issue of this case: the perpetuation of domestic violence,” the spokesperson said.
In 2013, Depp, reportedly, suggested a poop prank in the master bedroom with his then-assistant, Stephen Deuters.
“Will you squat in front of the door of the master bedroom and leave a giant coil of dookie so that Amber steps in it and thinks that one of the dogs, primarily Boo, has a major problem… It’ll be funny!!!” Depp texted Deuters.
But in her written statement, the housekeeper said that based on what she saw, it was evident that it was human feces. And it couldn’t have come from Amber Heard and Depp’s two dogs, Pistol and Boo.
