Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s former Beverly Hills mansion just got CHEAPER; Find Out

According to a latest report, Brad and Jennifer’s palatial Beverly Hills mansion in which they once resided just witnessed a major price drop.

Once Hollywood’s beloved couple, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, left fans shocked when they got divorced after being married for five years. During the course of their relationship, the actor and Friends star made headlines and were one of the most talked about couples in Hollywood at the time. However, many years on, a mention of the two stars in the same sentence also grabs eyeballs and raises eyebrows. Now, according to a latest report, Brad and Jen’s palatial Beverly Hills mansion in which they once resided just witnessed a major price drop.

According to a report in Observer.com, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s sprawling 11,173-square-foot home, designed by Wallace Neff in the 1930s, was listed for a hefty USD 49 million in May, but now it has a newly slimmed down ask of USD 44.5 million, the report revealed. However, earlier this year it was first listed for a staggering USD 56 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The former couple had purchased the five-bedroom, 13-bathroom California estate for approximately USD 12.5 million in 2001. They completed a huge three-year renovation, and eventually offloaded the house in the year 2006, one year after their divorce. The report revealed that the mansion has multiple seating areas in the living room, with white lacquer-painted walls and a marble fireplace. The custom eat-in kitchen is equipped with black cabinetry, marble countertops and black-and-white checkered marble floors, with a separate breakfast area. There’s also a dining room with a fireplace, which the listing promises can seat up to 20 people.
