Sarah Manley has been promoted to chief marketing officer at Burberry.
Beginning under former chief executive officer Rose Marie Bravo, Sarah has been with Burberry for nine years.
“Over the last nine years at Burberry, Sarah’s close partnership with Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s chief creative officer, and innovative evolution of the global marketing team” have been instrumental in building the brand’s marketing platform” said Burberry’s current CEO, Angela Ahrendts adding, “Sarah is one of the most strategic, insightful, connected marketing executives in the industry today.”
Before joining Burberry, Sarah Manley worked in New York for Internet luxury accessories retailer. Before that, she held P.R. positions at Yves Saint Laurent and Polo Ralph Lauren in London.
