Chrissy Teigen had an allergic reaction and posted a series of videos of her lip to her Instagram Story to show her followers. “You’re all just going to think that I got lip fillers but I didn’t get lip fillers between last night and now.
I bit an orange to try and open it and I think there must have been a pesticide on it or something. Look at this. It’s hard,” Chrissy said in one video before pushing on her lip. “I feel like it’s getting bigger,” she added.
Earlier this month, the model posted a photo to her Instagram Story from her hospital bed as she awaits her surgery for Endometriosis. According to the Mayo Clinic, the condition is an “often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus.” Chrissy revealed that the planned surgery is now taking place the same week that her late son Jack was supposed to be born.
Chrissy recently also opened up and wrote about her experience of miscarriage for Medium. “I was previously on bedrest for over a month, just trying to get the little dude to 28 weeks, a “safer” zone for the fetus. My doctors diagnosed me with partial placenta abruption.
I had always had placenta problems. I had to deliver Miles a month early because his stomach wasn’t getting enough food from my placenta. But this was my first abruption. We monitored it very closely, hoping for things to heal and stop. In bed, I bled and bled, lightly but all day, changing my own diapers every couple of hours when the blood got uncomfortable to lay in,” Chrissy explained. “My bleeding was getting heavier and heavier. The fluid around Jack had become very low — he was barely able to float around. At some points, I swore it was so low I could lay on my back and feel his arms and legs from outside my belly.”
