PEOPLE reported that Hall spent the most recent holiday with her kids in Tennessee and posted a few pictures on Instagram. For everyone who is confused.. we do NOT reside in Tennessee, Hall explained after getting feedback from fans and followers. We reside in California, and we also have a second house in Tennessee, she said.
Then Hall responded, “For everyone who believes I took the kids or fled with them, this is untrue. Very seldom, we go to our home away from home.” Months after Hall and Anstead made a significant decision on their son’s custody, further statements have been made.
The former couple formally agreed to a shared-custody arrangement for Hudson, which eliminated the need for a trial and spared the parties from having to argue their case in court, according to court records obtained by PEOPLE.

The source states that Hudson’s “continuing to have joint legal and joint physical custody” was approved on November 18 by the Superior Court of California Judge Lee Gabriel in Orange County.
Significantly, PEOPLE reports that when Hall, previously Christina Haack, and Anstead’s divorce was concluded in June 2021, this was the arrangement. Hall’s legal counsel submitted the documentation, but Anstead and his counsel had already authorized it.
The window will start on the Wednesday before each holiday and last through the following Monday as part of the arrangement, and the couple will alternate holidays like Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. It was revealed in late April that Anstead had repeatedly charged Hall with being a careless parent.
At that period, he also said that she had only spent “9 full days each month” with Hudson.
Hall responded by telling TMZ, “I am really saddened by what Ant is doing. If this truly was about Hudson, as he claims, then a private judge or mediation should have been used, as my lawyer and I have urged.
I have seen my fair share of ups and downs, but I am a decent mother, and I adore and guard my children with all of my heart.” Instead subsequently leveled more accusations against Hall, saying that she is “exploiting” their 3-year-old son Harrison for internet advertisements.
According to Us Weekly, Anstead raised worry over Harrison’s exposure to social media and reality TV in court files. Instead, alluding to Hall’s, 39, impending new reality series, said: “The hazards for a youngster working on a television production set (even if that’s is Christina’s house) are endless and well known.
Children involved in television production frequently have unresolved issues that affect their welfare, worldview, and self-image, leaving them depleted and dependent on the perceived approval of others for their sense of self-worth, the author continued.
This is in addition to the obvious pressures of working in a TV production environment. “Creating economic potential and content should be valued behind giving Hudson a happy, healthy, and natural upbringing with the fewest hassles as possible,” the author writes.
