Claudia Schiffer has teamed up with knitwear brand Iris von Arnim to create a cashmere collection.
The German supermodel is ‘proud’ of every piece of her fashion range, which includes granddad cardigans, knitted dresses and boyfriend-style sweaters, and wanted to make sure her designs reflect her personal sense of style and aesthetics.
The 40-year-old beauty says the inspiration for her range came from the long forest walks she used to take with her father in her native Germany.
She said: "My inspiration is the forest and its dark side. It’s not about the cute fox, more the fox eating its prey and pebbles lying on the forest floor that could turn out to be spiders."
