The throwback photo of course features the Queen’s dazzling Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara that she wore on the big day.
It is believed the couple are staying at the Royal Lodge with her family during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
Royal fans were quick to wish Mr Brooksbank a happy birthday.
“Happy Birthday to Jack! Wishing you many more to come have a blessed and wonderful day,” said one fan.
A second added: “Congratulations to your husband, Princess Eugenie.”
Others picked up on how close the couple looked on the occasion that took place two years ago.

Another said: “Happy Birthday Mr Brooksbank hope you’ve had a lovely day.”
The couple have been spending their time during lockdown to volunteer.
The pair have been helping NHS staff by dressing themselves in PPE and delivering lunches to staff in London.
The royals can be seen with cardboard boxes full of healthy food in pictures shared on Twitter.
Taking to Instagram, the princess said: “Jack and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary today… and we are lucky enough to be together at this time.
“If anyone has an anniversary this week, if you are together or not because of this challenging time, if you are a frontline worker wishing to tell your person you love them, then please do send me a photo and message via DM of how you are celebrating and I will share your messages on my story over the next few days.”
Eugenie posted two adorable pictures with Jack.
The princess also shared a number of photos from other couples who were celebrating anniversaries on her Instagram story.
Her mother, Sarah, the Duchess of York is also doing her bit, and has launched a Storytime With Fergie And Friends YouTube channel and selects a special guest read a traditional children’s story every day at 4pm.
