Taylor Swift is shaking off her recent split from Tom Hiddleston by hitting the gym. The singer, 26, has been taking dance cardio-based Body By Simone classes in N.Y.C. and looking as happy and toned as ever. Body By Simone workouts are effective because they get your heart rate up, torch calories, and tone your entire body, all while having fun!" Body By Simone creator Simone De La Rue tells "People love BBS because no class is ever the same." BBS classes include dance cardio classes that are 45 minutes of dancing followed by arm and ab exercises, full body classes combining cardio and conditioning in an interval-training format, as well as "hips, thighs, buns" and cardio trampoline classes.
