Jenna Dewan is apparently upset with Channing Tatum for filing paperwork with the courts over the custody of their daughter Everly. For the unversed, Tatum and Dewan recently finalized their divorce, however, they have apparently not worked on the custody agreements. Tatum had filed a request to issue orders over his custody and visitation rights for their 6-year-old. They currently share joint legal and physical custody. Tatum apparently wants to get clear picture of custody rights especially over travelling with her and how they want to split up the holidays.

As per the sources of TMZ, the 38-year old actress was stunned and super upset with Channing’s move to court since as she has apparently signed off on the custody agreements. However, Channing’s legal documents refer that they have been having conflicts over the same. A part of the documents read, “Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflict over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly.”

Tatum also requested that he and Jenna can take Everly away with them for work. However, whoever takes her with them has to maintain the ability for constant contact through FaceTime. Speaking of the couple, the Step Up co-stars announced their separation in April last year. Currently, Channing is dating singer Jessie J while Dewan is expecting a baby with boyfriend Steve Kazee.
