J.Lo is on the set of her upcoming action rom-com, Shotgun Wedding, where she plays a bride. According to IMDB, the film centers on “a couple’s extravagant destination wedding is hijacked by criminals. In the process of saving their families, they rediscover why they fell in love in the first place.”
She’s currently in the Dominican Republic filming, along with her onscreen groom, who will be played by Josh Duhamel, and the rest of the cast and crew.
J.Lo, who famously has a collection of blinged out reusable cups, also marked her the beginning of her project by sharing a new bejeweled drinking cup.
This isn’t the first time that she’s given fans a glimpse of what a gorgeous bride she would make – in October 2019, she wore a glitzy bedazzled wedding gown for her movie Marry Me.
J.Lo is set to marry fiancé Alex Rodriguez IRL – they had originally planned to get married in Italy in 2020, but recently revealed that the wedding has been postponed twice amid the ongoing pandemic.
“We postponed the wedding twice,” she told ELLE in a recent interview. “We had planned what we really, really wanted to do, [but] I don’t know if we’ll be able to re-create that. We canceled it, and since then we haven’t really talked about it. There’s no rush. We want to do it right when we can do it. We just have to wait to see where the world lands.”
