Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you would be aware that Selena Gomez dropped a jaw-dropping song studded with references to her ex-beau Justin Bieber. The song, titled Lose You To Love Me, was released earlier this week and Sel poured her heart out through the song. From pointing out that it took Justin just “two months” to move on from her to her hint that she’s finally closing that chapter and moving on, fans cannot stop raving about the song. However, Jelena fans are curious about Justin’s reaction to the song.
The singer has been laying low on social media since the song dropped. Although his wife posted a screengrab of “I’ll Kill You” song by Summer Walker moments after Selena dropped the song which fans double up as a reaction, Hailey clarified that the song wasn’t shading Selena. Now, E! News sources reveal Justin has heard Selena’s song and shares his thoughts on the song.
The insider revealed that although Justin has heard the song, he is restricting himself from giving any reactions. The grapevine also adds that Justin has “moved on” from Selena. He also understands that “Selena is allowed to reflect on the past in her own way.” The source also adds Justin just wants Selena to be happy and “in a good place.”
Soon after Selena dropped her second song titled Look At Her Now!, Selena hosted an Instagram live where she spilled the beans on her two new songs. She said, “I wrote this song over a year ago. It’s obviously a very emotional song for me. It’s interesting to see how far I’ve come from that point to now. Me sharing my story is exactly what I’ve always done. I can’t be unauthentic. I can’t pretend that I’m not going through something when it’s obvious that I had been.”
