The Globe reported last October that Middleton and Prince William were expecting twins. A supposedly “high-level palace source” spilled the news to the outlet. “They’d learned Kate was expecting a few weeks ago and told only the queen,” the suspicious source revealed.
But after a routine ultrasound showed two heartbeats instead of one, worry began to swamp the Duke of Cambridge. “William hugged Kate tightly as they tried to process the news, but behind his joy, he’s terrified this pregnancy could cost him his wife!”
According to this anonymous source, Middleton had suffered more under her last three pregnancies and births than she’d publicly admitted to. The “high-level” tipster told the outlet Middleton had “cheated death” during the births of each of her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
“Her blood pressure spiked and became dangerously erratic weeks before she went into labor. She was ordered to bed and dropped out of sight for weeks to save their lives.” The source also brought up Middleton’s condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, which is an extreme form of morning sickness, and called it “life-threatening.”

DC can debunk this story once and for all. Middleton is not pregnant, least of all with twins. In photos from recent events, Middleton is as slim as ever, without the slightest hint of a baby bump.
Here she is hosting a reception to mark the UK-Africa Investment Summit on mere weeks ago on January 20. She also appeared remarkably not pregnant while attending the EE British Academy Film Awards on February 2.
In regards to the publication’s assertions that Middleton suffered from “life-threatening” hyperemesis gravidarum, an interview Middleton recently did with the podcast Happy Mum, Happy Baby seems to disprove those claims.
“It was fine. I got very bad morning sickness, so I’m not the happiest of pregnant people,” Middleton told podcast host Giovanna Fletcher. “Lots of people have it far, far worse, but it was definitely a challenge.” This doesn’t seem like the way a woman who nearly died from this condition would describe it after the fact.
Tabloids love nothing more than a royal baby, so it’s no wonder they’ve chosen to target Middleton with their false rumors of a fourth pregnancy. It’s become such a repeated lie that we wrote an article detailing all the bogus claims.
