The reality star and business mogul didn’t hold back when she took to Instagram on Tuesday to slam the Trump administration’s latest immigration crackdown.
In a post that quickly began making the rounds online, Kim, 44, condemned the recent ICE raids that have rocked Los Angeles, calling the operations “inhumane” and urging her followers to pay attention to what’s really going on behind the headlines, reported the New York Post.
“When we’re told that ICE exists to keep our country safe and remove violent criminals — great,” she wrote. “But when we witness innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up. We have to do what’s right.”
The post struck a nerve, especially among LA locals who have seen the growing tension in the city. Kim spoke candidly about her own connection to the community and how immigrants are part of the everyday fabric of life in Los Angeles.

“Growing up in LA, I’ve seen how deeply immigrants are woven into the fabric of this city,” she continued. “They are our neighbors, friends, classmates, coworkers, and family. No matter where you fall politically, it’s clear that our communities thrive because of the contributions of immigrants. We can’t turn a blind eye when fear and injustice keep people from living their lives freely and safely.”
And she didn’t sugar-coat her conclusion either. “There HAS to be a BETTER way.”
Her post comes amid growing unrest in LA and other major cities. The latest wave of federal immigration sweeps has sparked mass protests, with demonstrators taking to the streets to voice their outrage. The atmosphere is tense, and things have escalated quickly.
President Donald Trump responded by sending in thousands of National Guard troops and a staggering 700 US Marines to support local law enforcement. It’s a move that’s caused even more backlash, especially as footage circulates of heavily armed officers detaining people in predominantly immigrant communities.
In an effort to calm things down, LA Mayor Karen Bass has put a citywide curfew in place, hoping to ease the pressure on communities already on edge. But whether it will have the desired effect remains to be seen.
.@KimKardashian, which one of these convicted child molesters, murderers, drug traffickers and rapists would you like to stay in the county?

Kim’s not new to speaking up on justice issues, but this statement felt especially personal. It’s clear that what’s happening on the streets of Los Angeles has hit close to home for her. And while some celebrities stay quiet during political storms, Kim seems determined to use her platform to push for change.
Her followers, as expected, had a lot to say. Many thanked her for using her voice when it matters most, while others echoed her message, calling the raids heartbreaking and unnecessary. There were critics, too, but the overall response pointed to one thing: people are paying attention.
As protests continue and political leaders scramble to respond, Kim Kardashian’s bold words have added another layer to a national conversation that’s showing no signs of slowing down.
