LOréal has tapped Delphine Viguier Hovasse as managing director worldwide of the French skin care brands Decléor and Carita, effective this week. The nomination comes after last week’s announcement that the beauty giant had finalized the acquisition of the two brands from Shiseido Co. Ltd. Viguier Hovasse was previously managing director of Lascad, a subsidiary of the French beauty giant. She succeeds Yoshiaki Sato in the position. Both brands are now part of L’Oréal Professional Products. Viguier Hovasse reports to An Verhulst-Santos, managing director of the division.
