In the past, Lisa has credited good genes, skincare, and doctors for her appearance. She also told People in 2018 that she loves to stay active and “move every day.”
Her particular workout of choice? SoulCycle and yoga six times a week. As she’s gotten older, Lisa explained that she knows exactly what works for her.
“It keeps me balanced and sane,” she told the outlet at the time about her workout routine. “I’ve been my own dietician and workout therapist for years. I think you have to listen to your body.”
