The Times reported she was alleged to be guilty of driving two helpers away from the house and weakening the confidence of a third assistant.
A narrator for the Sussexes told The Telegraph: “The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma.
She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good.”
Jason Knauf, the communications secretary of Harry and Meghan, defer to an official complaint about the claims in October 2018 in a superficial offer to defend his staff. In his email, he said: “I am very concerned that the Duchess was able to bully two PAs out of the household in the past year.
The treatment of X was totally unacceptable. The Duchess seems intent on always having someone in her sights. She is bullying Y and seeking to undermine her confidence. We have had report after report from people who have witnessed unacceptable behaviour towards Y.”
The Times ahead of Meghan and Harry’s Oprah Winfrey interview was approached by royal aids, because of the on-air in the United States on Sunday evening. Moreover, they observed only ‘a partial version’ had arisen as a working member of the royal family member. They added with concern that how they would handle such matters.
Reports say that nothing happened to scrutinize the matter, and since then no action was taken against anyone to protect the staff of the royal family.
The atmosphere at Kensington Palace is “febrile” that Meghan created tension between two families. The staff shed tears, without any helper, communicating with a colleague on the eagerness of a confrontation with the Duchess: “I can’t stop shaking.” Two senior staff members claimed that they were bullied by the Duchess of Sussex.
One more ex-employee told The Times that they were humiliated by Meghan and the other two employees faced the same. One aide claimed it felt “more like emotional cruelty and manipulation, which I guess could also be called bullying”.
Sources showed concern that a few steps were taken for the staff, despite allegations, “members of staff, particularly young women, were being bullied to the point of tears”. One is quoted as saying: “The institution just protected Meghan constantly. All the men in grey suits who she hates have a lot to answer for because they did absolutely nothing to protect people.”
Mr. Knauf concluded: “I questioned if the Household policy on bullying and harassment applies to principals.”
According to the sources, Meghan Markle begged Mr. Knauf not to pursue this case. However, the couple’s lawyers denied that any meeting took place or that the lady would do such an act with the staff member.
Meghan’s sources told The Telegraph on Tuesday night that they had no reason to doubt the presence of the email. However, the source said that issue was not pursued but withdrawn.
The Times said that personal assistance couldn’t be identified, seems that no investigation was taking place. The couple’s lawyers claimed that it was “being used by Buckingham Palace to peddle a wholly false narrative” ahead of the Oprah interview.
Buckingham Palace has been aware of the issue and denied to comment on Tuesday night.
