Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been making headlines ever since they announced cutting ties with the Royal family. Recently the couple found their dream home in the picturesque town of Santa Barbara that is about 100 miles north of LA.
Now, during a virtual summit via video chat, Meghan Markle gave fans a glimpse inside her and Prince Harry‘s new California home! The couple purchased the $14.7 million nine-bedroom and 16-bathroom mansion in Montecito, Santa Barbara on June 18. This purchase makes them neighbours with celebrities Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres.
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle was a guest speaker on The 19th* Represents 2020 Virtual Summit on August 14. While speaking with the company’s co-founder and CEO Emily Ramshaw, she said, “it’s good to be home”.
Meghan sat in a vintage-looking armchair featuring a cream fabric and a mahogany-style wood finish during the chat. The room gave viewers major California vibes, with its bright and airy white-painted walls and a four-panelled window.
Meghan sat beside a glass-top coffee table, which was decorated with a white potted plant. An incredible view of the garden, which extended to the rolling Montecito countryside, can be seen through the window. During the interview, Meghan talked briefly about her move to the US with her husband and young son.
Following their exit from the Royal Family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry spent time in Canada before briefly living at Tyler Perry’s mansion in Beverly Hills.
