The journalist, who has written three books about the royals, mentioned the Duke of Sussex’s arrival at London’s High Court at the start of the privacy action he and others, including Sir Elton John, have taken against Associated Newspapers.
In an interview with GB News, Levin stated that Harry “wants to crash the monarchy” and “take over with Meghan,” putting his wife in control.
Levin then proposed another reason for the Duke’s London visit, “Meghan has sent him over, because he wouldn’t do anything that she wouldn’t agree to, to see whether he would be allowed back in America because of the drugs.”
Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, is thought to have gotten him in trouble with US security. A law expert informed Page Six that the Prince’s right to reside in the United States may be revoked because of his previous drug use.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, disclosed in his book that he “drank heavily,” used cocaine and smoked marijuana throughout his life. He also claimed that, while he only used coke as a teenager, he has confessed to experimenting with psychedelics well into maturation.
“An admission of drug use is usually grounds for inadmissibility,” former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani said. “That means Prince Harry’s visa should have been denied or revoked because he admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms, and other drugs.”
However, Attorney James Leonard disputed with Rahmani that his legal standing in the USA is in danger. He stated that the Duke would have to provide immigration authorities with “something that would trigger” an investigation, such as a criminal accusation, otherwise, there would be no issue for the time being.
