Supermodel Naomi Campbell is to host a fashion show through her Fashion for Relief charity to help Japan victims of last month’s earthquake and tsunami.
The 40-year-old star, who has previously raised $7 million for charitable causes with similar events, will host a fashion show and an art auction during next month’s Cannes Film Festival, with all proceedings going towards victims of devastating earthquake and tsunami to help rebuild their lives.
She said: "We are going to continue. It’s not 100 per cent confirmed, but we are in talks right now. Hopefully we should know by the end of the week if we’re doing Fashion for Relief: Japan”.
Naomi Campbell also organized a similar event in February 2010 to help victims of Haitian earthquake along with supermodel Kate Moss former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts.
