Steve Harvey confirmed that his daughter and the Creed star have finally called it quits during his Steve Harvey Morning Show on Monday, June 6, 2022. When inquired about how he felt about his daughter’s relationship coming to an end, the American Television host responded, “I feel fine. I’m fine.”
Expressing that he fully supports his daughter and stands by her decision, Steve Harvey further stated, “I still gotta go to work…I still gotta take care of my family. I’m team Lori, 1000 percent,” and added, “She’s my daughter. I love her, I support her.”
The American TV host further went on to highlight that it’s difficult to have a successful relationship in the limelight. “He’s still a cool guy…from what I know. It’s a breakup. I’m pretty sure they’ll be fine. People break up all the time,” according to E! News reports.
Reportedly, 25-year-old Lori Harvey and her 35-year-old ex-flame Michael B. Jordan had sparked relationship rumors in late 2020. The two made their relationship Instagram official the next year in January 2021.
Earlier, Lori Harvey’s friend Jordan had opened up about their romantic chemistry to a leading media portal wherein he had stated that he had, “finally found what love was” hinting at Lori Harvey.
“When I was younger, I don’t know if I could have handled the onslaught of opinions and being picked apart, and also being conscious of what the other person’s going to go through. It takes a special person to deal with that,” the Black Panther actor said. Meanwhile, Lori Harvey has deleted all her posts with Michael B. Jordan’s Breakup in what appears to be among her post-breakup activities.
