She’s watching her House “majority” shrink right before her very eyes.
Pelosi was hanging on to the majority by a thread – that’s probably why she was trying to overturn a certified election in Iowa. The woman is beyond desperate – and things just took an incredibly worse turn for the shaky House Speaker.
Her “majority” has just shrunk according to a new report from Fox News. House Democrats are barely holding onto their majority, with Rep.-elect Julia Letlow, R-La., set to be sworn in Wednesday morning.
Letlow will be joining the House in the seat originally won by her husband, Luke Letlow, who died in September from COVID-19 before he was supposed to be sworn in. Julia Letlow won a special election in March.
President Trump congratulated Julia.

Pelosi today swears-in Rep-elect Julia Letlow (R-LA). She won special election to succeed her husband, who was elected to LA’s 5th District, but died of complications from coronavirus prior to his swearing-in.

This gives Republicans 212 seats in the House, catching up to Democrats’ 218. Since tie votes fail in the House, that means Democrats cannot lose more than two votes from their party to pass legislation if the GOP fully opposes them.
That slim margin of error could prevent Democrats from passing more progressive bills that moderates in their party may not support.
However, Nancy is hoping to gain a couple of seats in two of the next three special House elections that will be coming over the next two months.
And in the meantime, Pelosi is putting on a “brave face” (or maybe she’s having extra cocktails), and she claims that pushing through her (radical) agenda won’t be a problem.
Sure, that’s why you tried to steal a certified election…because you’ve got no problems ahead of you…give it up, lady.
The way I see it – as long as there’s no more “election fraud” it should be a given that Republicans take back the House and Senate.
