The Taco Bell spokesman, actor, and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member were among the many famous people in attendance at Madison Square Garden on Sunday to witness the Knicks defeat the Cavaliers 102-93 to grab a 3-1 series lead. Davidson lingered after the game and posed for pictures with spectators.
The celebrity was interacting with other fans as a guy in a pink polo shirt and a Knicks cap snuck behind him for several of these shots and lingered about him.
Twitter user “@ImClique_” shared a video of the guy with the pink shirt embracing Davidson and speaking to him like you would a good friend.
The 29-year-old Davidson didn’t like it and shoved the too-enthusiastic fan away, apparently requesting that he back off.

After speaking with the other man briefly, the fan continued on his way. Davidson persisted in posing for pictures with supporters and even included a peace sign in one of them.
Davidson watched the Knicks, who were poised to win their first postseason series in ten years, from a seat next to fellow comedian and current activist Jon Stewart. Staten Island native Davidson became well-known while performing on Saturday Night Live from 2014 to 22.
