Up and coming Australian designer, Phoenix Keating, was first noticed by the infamous Lady Gaga in July of 2011 during her visit to Sydney. For her performance at the Arq nightclub, the pop star wore an intricate and unique all mesh dress to channel and cater to her chic sense of fashion that cannot be tamed.
