Prince William, Kate Middleton Already Telling Kids About Their Future Roles

Prince William and Kate Middleton have allegedly had a sit-down talk with Prince George and Princess Charlotte about their future roles in the British monarchy.

A source told Closer Weekly that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge talked to their two eldest children about their future roles in a childlike manner to make sure that they won’t feel overwhelmed.

“George knows there’s something special about him and that one day he’ll be the future king of England,” the source said.

Last year, another source told Us Weekly that Prince William has been explaining to Prince George what being a royal is, but he does this is in a very simple manner.

However, just two months earlier, Prince William confirmed that he hasn’t told his son about his future role. But he did acknowledge that there will be a right place and time for them to have “the talk.”

Meanwhile, another source told Closer Weekly that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge want Prince George and Princess Charlotte to make more public appearances whenever possible.

“William and Kate will be making more appearances with the kids this year – especially the eldest two. They aren’t going to be parading the children around like accessories or anything like that but they don’t see any harm in making a few appearances a year during the school holidays, at charity events which they see as a good fit,” the source said.
