“Thank you all for all the messages, flowers, thoughts and prayers. Our world will never be the same,” the bereaved mother began in the caption of her May 3 post.
Barrett, who plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his wife lost the youngest of their four children in a drowning accident in their home pool on Sunday morning. Arrayah died at the hospital despite numerous life-saving measures taken by authorities on the scene.

Jordanna’s heartbreaking message continued, “Arrayah was the apple of my eye, and my heart will forever be with hers. I love you so much my baby. I am so so sorry. Until we see each other again, please watch over your siblings and momma and dada. We love you forever and ever and always. I can’t wait to see that precious smile again, and just hug you so close. I would do absolutely anything.”
“There is no Barrett 6 without you, and we will forever hold your place down here, until we all meet again in heaven,” she solemnly said. “I love you forever and always.”
She concluded with a link to her daughter’s obituary, which described the toddler as having an endearing and magnetic energy “that just made your heart sing” and “a sparkle in her eyes that drew your attention.” It also noted that the family intends to hold a private funeral service Friday, May 5.
