Beloved BGT hosts, comedy duo Ant & Dec, could not resist poking fun at Cowell’s appearance when introducing new talent judge, Bruno Tonioli, who replaced David Walliams on the ITV show. “We have a new face joining the judging panel,” Dec began before Ant interjected “What? Simon has a new face?”

Cowell has reportedly responded to the face-lift claims, laughing off reactions and denying he’s had any surgical procedures. Speaking to the London tabloid The Mirror, Cowell said that he thinks “it’s hysterical. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I haven’t had a facelift or anything.”
“I’ve had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic. So, when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh.”
Cowell also told the publication that he wants to have another child with his fiancée Lauren Silverman, saying that “Being a dad is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love every second I spend with him.” While he is unsure when that may be, Cowell was adamant that he would “love another kid.”
Despite denying the rumors, fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the TV personality’s appearance, with one user saying, “Simon Cowell now looks like somebody who has spent 200k in plastic surgery to look like Simon Cowell.”
