We just got the sweetest update on baby Archie’s first words!

Unlike the rest of the royal children, it’s unlikely that we’ll get to see a lot of baby Archie. When Harry and Meghan stepped down as royals, their son, Archie became a private person.

This was probably a massive part of their decision to leave the royal life.

A source revealed that he has come on leaps and bounds when it comes to talking. We got to see him say ‘Dada’ during the sweet video on his birthday.

But now he has a few more words, Us Weekly reports.

‘He’s saying a few words, like “Dada”, “Mama”, “book”, and “dog”,’ the source revealed. It had previously been reported that Archie is best friends with his two dogs.

People previously reported that Archie is obsessed with the family dogs, Guy the beagle and a nameless black Lab that Harry and Meghan adopted in 2018.

Archie ‘is best friends with his dogs. They make him laugh and are gentle with him,’ the source revealed.

Apparently he’s also a big fan of playing with blocks and hide and seek. How sweet!

It comes after Meghan shared a heartfelt video to students about to graduate from her old high school, Immaculate Heart. She attended the school from the age of 11 to 18.

She admitted she was nervous about speaking about the Black Lives Matter protests as she was afraid her words would be ‘picked apart’.

But she realised it was worse to stay silent: ‘The only wrong thing to say is to say nothing – because George Floyd’s life mattered and Breonna Taylor’s life mattered and Philando Castile’s life mattered and Tamir Rice’s life mattered… and so many other people’s, whose names we know and whose names we do not know. Stephon Clark, his life mattered.’

Of course, Archie is learning more and more every day with his parents.
