A photo showing the alleged sexual assault of pop star Taylor Swift by a radio DJ has been leaked online, despite attempts by both to keep it hidden. Denver DJ David Mueller and his girlfriend Shannon Melcher are standing next to the ‘Bad Blood’ hitmaker in the photo, with his right hand lowered behind her, about the level of her bottom.
In court papers, Taylor Swift claimed Mueller "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo". The photo was taken at a meet-and-greet event at Denver’s Pepsi Centre in June 2013 and has been published on TMZ. Swift’s legal team successfully filed a motion to seal the photo, with concerns raised that it being shared publicly could influence a jury in the case which is yet to receive a trial date.
