THG Ingenuity has expanded its US operations to drive the growth of THG Fulfil, appointing Scott Davis as Senior Vice President of Sales and Alexandra Felton as Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances.

This strategic move aims to enhance the company’s presence in the US market and support brands as they scale and internationalize their operations.

“Broadening our US operations allows us to serve a wider range of brands and retailers and support them as they look to scale and internationalise profitably,” stated Tom Killeen, COO of THG Ingenuity.

Scott Davis, a seasoned expert in e-commerce technology sales, previously served as Vice President of Sales at Digital River, where he led a global team working with major enterprise brands like Nvidia, Xbox, and TaylorMade. At THG Ingenuity, Davis will be responsible for forming new strategic relationships with US clients, leading team growth, and driving investment initiatives to accelerate the company’s expansion in the US.

Alexandra Felton, who recently worked at Shopware, will focus on building partnerships across the US, utilizing her expertise in scaling partnerships for high-growth e-commerce firms. She will establish a wide range of US partnerships, from system integrators to marketing technology providers, contributing to THG Ingenuity’s mission to expand its influence and capabilities in the region.

THG Fulfil has made significant investments in its global fulfilment network, with more than $130 million allocated to automation, benefiting distribution centres across the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest regions of the US. According to the company, THG Fulfil shipped over three million orders within the US in the past year, with nearly all dispatches powered by advanced automation technologies. At its peak, shipments from New Jersey exceeded 2022 levels by 43 percent.

With a robust infrastructure of 4.5 million square feet of fulfilment space across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, THG Fulfil has delivered over 300 million units through its network. Entering the US market in 2016, THG Fulfil now collaborates with more than 500 brands, including prominent beauty companies such as L’Oreal, No7, and Biossance.

THG Ingenuity’s US expansion underscores its commitment to growth and innovation, positioning the company to better serve its brand partners and capitalize on opportunities in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
