FINALLY!
I had forgotten about this ridiculous lawsuit, I guess it got buried with the 10 million other lawsuits various people tried to file against President Trump.
Nothing is frivolous enough for Democrats, the MSM, Leftists, or the establishment to peddle……not even the smollett-esque claims of a pornstar.
My advice to all these folks?
Leave #45 alone, none of this has worked, none of it is going to work, he is ALREADY back in politics, leave him alone.

Everything Michael Avenatti touches turns to crap. The supreme court rejected Stormy Daniels and her new attorney’s defamation lawsuit. I still can’t believe Avenatti made such an idiotic move to keep himself in front of the cameras.

The Associated Press reported:
The Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal from porn star Stormy Daniels, who sought to revive a defamation lawsuit she filed against former President Donald Trump.
The justices did not comment in leaving in place a lower court ruling dismissing the case.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, alleges she had an affair with Trump in 2006 and was paid $130,000 as part of a nondisclosure agreement days before the 2016 presidential election. She sued him for defamation after he dismissed her claims of being threatened to keep quiet about the tryst as a “total con job.”
A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit in 2018 and ordered Daniels to pay nearly $300,000 in attorneys’ fees.

The Hill had more:
The case arose after Daniels released a sketch of the man who she claims threatened her in a parking lot and ordered her to “leave Trump alone.” The purported confrontation came as Daniels was weighing whether to go public with the story of her extramarital affair with Trump.
After the sketch was made public, Trump responded derisively on Twitter.
Daniels later sued, claiming Trump’s tweet amounted to defamation.
A California-based federal appeals court said Trump’s statement was an opinion and therefore protected speech.
